Product Overview

Browning's Citori is more than a shotgun, it is the quintessential representative of the quality of the Browning brand. The action components are machined to exacting tolerances, heat-treated for greater strength and fitted using the traditional lampblack-and-file method to ensure precise fitting. It utilizes a transverse-mounted, full-width tapered locking bolt, which engages a full-width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs. The Citori also has a chrome-plated chamber. The Citori 725 is the evolution of John M. Browning's legendary B25 Superposed, but with the modern performance advantage of a low-profile receiver. The receiver is significantly lower than other Citori 12 gauge receivers, yet it shares the renowned durability of generations of Citori over and unders with the same rugged full-width hinge pin and tapered locking bolt design. The total barrel dynamics increases bore diameter specifications, while the tapered Vector Pro dimensions minimize shot deformation. The Citori 725 also has a Fire Lite Mechanical trigger, Inflex II technology, and hinge pin which extend the full width of the receiver for maximum strength. This Feather 12 gauge model has a 28" barrel, aluminum alloy receiver, and walnut stock.

The Browning Citori 725 Feather is a versatile and reliable over/under shotgun designed for hunting and sporting activities. Featuring a 28-inch ventilated rib barrel with a polished blued finish, this firearm offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The steel barrel is complemented by a bi-tone receiver with engraved silver nitride finish, adding an elegant touch to its robust construction. This shotgun is chambered for 20 gauge shells and has a capacity to hold two shells, making it ideal for upland game hunting and clay shooting.

The Citori 725 Feather is built with a fixed black walnut stock that showcases a classic field style, complete with checkering for a secure grip. Its length of pull measures approximately 14.25 inches, providing a comfortable fit for most shooters. The firearm features a top tang safety, FireLite trigger, and ivory bead front sight for quick target acquisition. The included choke tubes — full, improved cylinder, and modified — allow for customization to suit various shooting scenarios, and a choke wrench is provided for easy adjustments.

Designed with precision and craftsmanship, this shotgun weighs approximately 5.14 pounds, offering a balanced feel without sacrificing strength or accuracy. The receiver’s engraved aluminum construction adds lightweight stability, while the recoil pad enhances comfort during prolonged shooting sessions. Whether for hunting or sporting clays, the Browning Citori 725 Feather combines traditional elegance with modern performance features, making it a valuable addition to any firearm collection.
