Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Iron Desert Armory accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused products in their original packaging.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and components included.

Products showing signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Customers must contact Iron Desert Armory prior to returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return instructions will be provided after return authorization is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by Iron Desert Armory.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Restocking Fees

Eligible returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Restocking fees may apply to:

Non-defective returns
Refused shipments
Opened products
Products returned with missing packaging or accessories
Special order items

Items returned in original, unopened condition may qualify for reduced or waived restocking fees at Iron Desert Armory's discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

Used products
Opened consumable items
Clearance items
Special order items
Gift cards
Products restricted by law or safety regulations

Additional restrictions may apply to tactical, electronic, compliance-related, or regulated products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the product damage or issue

Additional information may be required before replacements or refunds are approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges may not be available for all products.

Customers may be asked to place a new order after a return has been completed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Iron Desert Armory reserves the right to cancel orders involving:

Pricing errors
Inventory discrepancies
Suspected fraud
Compliance concerns
Restricted shipping destinations

Firearm & Serialized Item Policies

Firearms, serialized receivers, ammunition, and other regulated items are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Orders involving regulated items may require shipment to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder where required by law.

Iron Desert Armory reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.

Once available for sale, firearms, ammunition, NFA items, and serialized receivers may be designated as final sale and non-returnable except where required by law.
