The Magpul Industries MAG498-BLK-LT Rail Light Mount is designed to fit standard 1913 Picatinny rails, offering versatile options for weapon light attachment. It positions the weapon light at the 11 o'clock or 1 o'clock position, cantilevered forward and high, which facilitates a more natural forward support hand position. This positioning helps keep the light close to the bore axis, reducing barrel shadow and improving visibility during use. The mount includes anodized aluminum rings that accommodate light bodies from 0.75 inches to 1.03 inches in diameter, enabling compatibility with Surefire 300 and 600 series Scout Lights, as well as other 1913 Picatinny-compatible pistol lights.
