Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Iron Desert Armory accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused products in original packaging.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all included accessories, manuals, packaging, and components.

Products showing signs of use, modification, installation, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Used products

  • Opened consumables

  • Clearance items

  • Special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Products restricted by law or safety regulations

Additional return restrictions may apply to certain tactical, electronic, compliance-related, or regulated products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • order number

  • photos of packaging

  • photos of product damage or issue

We may require additional information before approving replacements or refunds.


Return Authorization

Customers must contact Iron Desert Armory before returning merchandise.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return instructions will be provided after approval.


Restocking Fees

Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the product condition, packaging condition, return reason, or distributor policies.

Restocking fees may apply to:

  • opened products

  • non-defective returns

  • refused shipments

  • special order items

  • products returned with missing packaging or accessories

Items returned in original, unopened condition may qualify for reduced or waived restocking fees at Iron Desert Armory’s discretion.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.


Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges may not be available for all products.

Customers may be asked to place a new order after a return is completed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Iron Desert Armory reserves the right to cancel orders involving:

  • pricing errors

  • inventory discrepancies

  • suspected fraud

  • compliance concerns

  • restricted shipping destinations


Firearm & Serialized Item Policies

Firearms, serialized receivers, and other regulated items may be subject to additional federal, state, and local requirements.

All firearm sales must comply with applicable laws, including shipment to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder where required.

Orders involving regulated items may be delayed, canceled, or refused if compliance requirements cannot be completed.

Additional return restrictions may apply to firearms, serialized components, ammunition, or other regulated products once available through Iron Desert Armory.


Compliance & Restricted Products

Customers are responsible for understanding all applicable local, state, and federal laws before purchasing restricted products.

Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled may be canceled and refunded.
