Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or distributor fulfillment delays.

Shipping Rates and Eligibility
Eligible general merchandise: Standard domestic shipping is $15.00 on qualifying general-profile orders below $100.00. Free standard shipping is available at $100.00 or more when the order qualifies under that profile. Shipping calculations depend on product eligibility, destination, and applicable discounts.
Special handling and dealer deliveries: Some products are assigned separate shipping profiles, and free general shipping may not apply. Current licensed-dealer shipping profiles list $30.00 for shipments requiring an FFL transfer. Current hazmat ground-handling rates are $44.99 below $100.00 and $29.99 at $100.00 or more. Additional carrier or destination restrictions may apply, particularly to mixed orders.
Ammunition: Eligible products may display a promotional free-shipping rate, but not all ammunition qualifies, including products subject to hazmat fees or compliance holds. Ammunition must be shipped using applicable permitted services, and not all destinations or items are eligible. The shipping method and rate offered at checkout determine the available service. If an advertised shipping promotion does not match your checkout quote, please contact us before submitting the order.
The rates displayed at checkout reflect the applicable profile and destination. These are shipping charges, not a guarantee of processing or transit time.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Restricted Shipping Areas
Certain products may be restricted in some states or local jurisdictions due to applicable laws and regulations.
Iron Desert Armory reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally be shipped to a customer’s location.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before purchasing restricted items.
Adult Signature Requirements
Some products may require an adult signature upon delivery.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

International Shipping
At this time, Iron Desert Armory only ships within the United States.
International orders are not currently supported.
